How we are complying with Coivd 19

We are a family run business and work from home, therefore the contact we have with people is very limited and if another lock down occurs, hopefully not, be assured that we keep your plans moving very efficiently as our office procedures haven't changed.

Needing Plans drawn up?

Let us start with discussing your requirements via phone, zoom meeting or email, if you can supply your address of property that requires the plans, we will then have a look on google maps, look into your requirements and then provide you with your possible design options.

If you want to go further with a site visit, please see how we comply keeping you and I safe in these trying times:

1. We will give you a call a few minutes prior to your appointment, to ensure that we don't touch your door.
2. We will ask you to ensure that all your internal doors are left open and if we require the back door open, Mark will ask you to open it.
3. Mark will be wearing a mask during site visit and all measuring equipment is digital, therefore nothing will touch any surfaces in your home/business.
4. Once all measurements have been completed, there is an option to have a conversation with Mark while complying with social distancing or alternatively we can discuss via the phone or zoom meeting once Marks back in the office.
